Overview

This campus improvement will enhance the learning environment through a combination of new construction, selective demolition, and modernization of existing facilities. The project includes 61,213 square feet of new buildings, demolition of 39,994 square feet of modular and relocatable structures, and modernization of 16,223 square feet of existing permanent and modular buildings. Originally constructed by Tilden-Coil in 1992, Bubbling Wells Elementary represents a meaningful return to a campus we helped bring to life more than three decades ago.
