Overview
The primary goals of this project were to provide HVAC to the two (2) single story permanent buildings (Bldg. 1 – 2), which were originally equipped with heating only and to demolish an existing Russel Bungalow and replace it with three (3) portables that were located at Kettering Elementary School. Additional improvements included upgrades to the utility services, accessibility, technology, interior/exterior finishes, interior lighting, and signage throughout the campus.
