1. Cerritos Performing Arts Center Groundbreaking

    Cerritos College formally celebrated the Performing Arts Center groundbreaking on March 6, 2019. Those in attendance included students, teachers, and staff, board members as well as representatives of State Assembly Members.

  2. Work Set to Begin on the New Mt. SAC Student Center

    The fences are up and demolition is set to begin this summer paving the way for the construction of the highly anticipated new Student Center. Tilden-Coil is the construction manager serving on the project, as well as multiple other projects in the vicinity of the new Student Center.

  3. Grove Homeless Housing Project Dedicated

    On December 20th, the Grove Village was dedicated in a ceremony attended by many supporters and community members. It also drew the secretary of Housing and Urban Development from Washington D.C. to witness this first of its kind demonstration project.

  4. Transforming One of the Largest Venues in Riverside

    Tilden-Coil Constructors is pleased to share the completion of the Ramona High School Theater renovation in Riverside.  One of the largest venues in Riverside, this theater serves students in the Riverside Unified School District’s Performing Arts Magnet Program, the Riverside Children’s Theater and the broader community.

  6. Historic UCR Barn Begins Construction

    The century old building known as “The Barn” is one of the most popular and beloved places on the University of California, Riverside campus. In the past, The Barn was a venue for live music and the university hopes to bring back the lively outdoor atmosphere after the $20 million renovation. 

  7. Tilden-Coil Partners with The Grove and the City of Riverside for Homeless Housing

    Tilden-Coil is the lead private industry partner for a transitional housing demonstration project called The Grove Village. This will be the first project to respond to the City of Riverside’s Love your Neighbor Campaign. This campaign allows houses of worship to care for the housing needs of our homeless brothers and sisters on church campuses. The purpose of this project permits homeless and/or low-income individuals to remain in the village housing until they can stabilize their lives, then move into a more permanent living situation elsewhere.
