Tilden-Coil Constructors is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety through training, awareness, and practice for all employees and subcontractors. In fact, ensuring a safe work environment is a primary objective of any project Tilden-Coil is involved with.
Our zero incident, zero lost time, and zero tolerance policy is ingrained within our company culture and is supported by our Safety Director, dedicated safety management personnel and our Safety Committee. Our active Safety Committee is comprised of production and management personnel and is responsible for continually advancing the effectiveness of our corporate and project specific safety program and ensuring they are in accordance with requirements of the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Thanks to our continual advancement of our safety processes and resolve never to be complacent, our employees and subcontractors have never failed to return home safely to their family after a day of honest work on a Tilden-Coil project site.

Safety Excellence
Tilden-Coil’s safety program was recognized for “safety excellence” during the performance of over $150 million of work at Los Angeles Unified School District.
