Overview
The 3,200-square-foot Culinary Arts & Services project at Poly High School transformed existing campus buildings into a modern CTE learning environment. The renovated space features new culinary equipment, upgraded finishes, and supporting mechanical, plumbing, electrical, technology, and fire alarm systems. Designed for hands-on instruction, the facility provides students with practical experience while introducing career pathways in the culinary and hospitality industries.
