Overview
The Poly High School HVAC Upgrade project was completed in two phases. The buildings on campus are 50 to 60 years old and all mechanical units and ducting were replaced with packaged units instead of the current chilled water system. Also included was the replacement of all the florescent fixtures with new high efficiency smart LED lighting. The lighting system was integrated into a smart control system, which monitors outside sunlight and ensures proper automatic dimming.
