Overview
The scope of the project was to reroute the existing infrastructure that was routing through the future site of the new Student Center. This included sewer, storm drain, gas, CHW supply and return, domestic water, telecom and electrical high voltage. A unique aspect/challenge of this project was that until the new utilities were installed and functional, the old utilities had to remain in place and active. This resulted in a vast amount of BIM coordination and field coordination to ensure that all utilities could fit within very tight areas.
