Overview
The Palm Springs Navigation Center is a vital community project dedicated to providing temporary housing and comprehensive services for individuals experiencing homelessness. The center aims to support residents in their transition out of homelessness and into stable employment and housing.
The construction involves the extensive remodeling of two existing buildings and the addition of 80 modular housing units, all built on a slab-on-grade foundation. These modular units will provide safe, temporary housing for individuals while they access the necessary resources and services to help them achieve independence and stability.
