Overview
The Project consists of construction of approximately 49,700 square foot tenant improvement of an existing concrete tilt-up building in Palm Springs, CA. Roy’s Behavioral Health Oasis Campus includes Roy’s Desert Springs, a 92-bed licensed adult residential facility; Windy Springs Recovery Center including conference room, art room group rooms café, offices dedicated to on-site physical health care and a gymnasium. The exterior improvements were deigned to effectively deflect high winds away from the buildings façade and add a shaded walkway the length of the building.
