For over a decade, Tilden-Coil Constructors has served CBU by timely meeting their objectives with major campus developments, most recently their new student housing complex, Magnolia Crossing. This new four-story 131,000 sf building includes 93 units, 540 beds, a grab-and-go store, lounge, study rooms, a conference room, laundry facility, administration offices, and an outdoor courtyard.
