SMASH Cancer

This year Tilden-Coil CARES held a number of virtual events in light of the recent COVID restrictions.  Smash Cancer is the first of many E-sports events to come for TCC.  The name deriving from the popular Nintendo game Super Smash Bros, Smash Cancer kicked off on August 15th and raised over $300.00 for LLS.  The event managed to draw a total of twenty challengers comprising of Tilden-Coil employees and even some children of Tilden-Coil employees, who met on the virtual arena.  These twenty entered with the hopes of being crowned champion, but in the end it was Brandon Hernandez, brother of our very own Alexis Hernandez, that bested all would-be champions.
