Overview

The Gladwyn Hall Renovation was an existing 16,000 sf two-story dormitory, constructed of wood framing and plaster, dated 1922. The building was modernized and converted in 2013 into a combination of classrooms and faculty offices to accommodate 4 different Educational Departments. The building includes 2 sets of men's & women's restrooms, a lobby located on the first floor, and a student lounge on the second floor for students and faculty to congregate and/or study. The building was also upgraded to accommodate electrical and audio-visual provisions for flat screen television monitors, projectors, motorized projection screens, and wireless internet capabilities to enhance learning.
