Tilden-Coil Constructors partnered with the City of Indio to deliver a new, state-of-the-art Police Headquarters designed to enhance public safety and community service. The 27,838-square-foot, single-story facility meets the Essential Services Act’s structural standards, ensuring the building remains fully operational during emergencies. Equipped with a dedicated emergency generator providing 72 hours of backup power, the headquarters features modern administrative and operational spaces that support the department’s critical functions. The redevelopment also includes new parking, an outdoor sallyport, secure 8-foot perimeter block walls, and a new trash enclosure, creating a modern, resilient, and efficient facility built to serve the City of Indio for decades to come.
