Our LEED Gold Headquarters
In continuing the celebration of Earth Day, we wanted to share more about our Main Office and its LEED Gold Certification.
We achieved LEED certification with 45 points in 2013 and was recertified in 2018 at the Gold Level.
Some LEED points were achieved by documenting existing conditions such as:
- Heat Island Reduction via white roof
- Calculation of landscape and hardscape areas
- High quantity of daylight and views throughout the building
- Calculations of fixture and fitting efficiency (already upgraded through previous tenant improvement)
