Overview
The project included construction of 20,200 sf of office, storage and meeting space for maintenance and operations functions (custodial, grounds, trades services and warehouse receiving operations). The Center also houses the campus' Network Operations Center, which is approximately 2,500 sf. It included 2,000 sf of instructional media support services, storage and repair facilities. Additionally, the project included 500 sf of space to house the campus Emergency Command Center.
The project Achieved a LEED Silver Certification.
