Overview
Infrastructure package one included installation/relocation of existing underground electrical conduit and communications conduit and wiring in preparation for new access road grading (performed in Package 3).
Infrastructure Packages 2-5 included installation of new infrastructure systems including mechanical, electrical, & plumbing throughout the existing campus to replace decaying existing systems and to provide for current needs. The project included expansion of 2 existing central plants (added chiller, cooling tower, boiler, pumps, and controls), grading for new access roads throughout campus, and pad for the new Learning Resource Center building and parking lot. And finally, it included accessibility enhancements that included new ramps, walkways, and site seating areas.
