Overview
Building 3000 on the MSJC Menifee Valley Campus is an existing 20,400 sf building serving students and administration at the college. The renovation work includes new restrooms and a break room, structural strengthening, upgrades to fire and life safety, accessibility, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems to meet current code. The project also included sitework and electrical infrastructure.
