Health, Dental and Vision Insurance

Tilden-Coil Constructors, Inc. has a 100% employer paid group health insurance program, which is available to employees and their dependents after one month of employment.

Disability Insurance

Tilden-Coil Constructors has 100% employer paid disability insurance covering the full-time employees not covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Covered employees are eligible after 90 days of employment.

The plan provides for insured benefits of 60% of the employee’s salary, with a maximum disability benefit of $6,000 per month to be received after ninety (90) days of the disability. The benefits are insured by a group disability policy and are subject to the provisions and limitations of the policy.

Life Insurance

Tilden-Coil Constructors has 100% employer paid $50,000 Life Insurance policy covering the full-time employees not covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Covered employees are eligible after 90 days of employment. The benefits are insured by a group policy and are subject to the provisions and limitations of that policy.

Profit Sharing

Our fully funded Profit Sharing plan participation is effective after one year of continuous employment. Participant’s benefits accrue as follows:

The company’s commitment has been to make a minimum 12% contribution of a participant’s salary annually.

401K

Eligible to contribute after 90 days of employment. Tilden-Coil Constructors will match employee contribution up to 3%
